On Sunday, August 16, 2026, Google began rolling out the app version v1.0.18.0 update for the Windows version of the “Google” app.

While the app version v1.0.18.0 update for the Windows version of the “Google” app is a minor update, it newly adds support for Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. The Windows version of the “Google” app is now finally available in Japanese as well.
