However, as of May 2026, the “Pixel 10a,” the new generation budget-friendly Google Pixel device announced on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, has yet to be added. As of early May 2026, the devices registered in the “Pixel Simulator” stop at the “Pixel 10 Pro” and “Pixel 10 Pro Fold.”
For context, last year’s “Pixel 9a” was added to the “Pixel Simulator” on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, about a week after its international announcement on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
The “Pixel Simulator” is a site specialized for Google Pixel, launched on Friday, August 18, 2023, about three years ago. It allows users to explore the hardware and software of Google Pixel smartphones using tutorials similar to those found in the “My Pixel” (formerly “Pixel Tips”) app. At launch, it featured the “Pixel 5,” “Pixel 5a,” “Pixel 6 Pro,” “Pixel Fold,” “Pixel 7 Pro,” and “Pixel 7a.”
Since then, while the “Pixel 5” and “Pixel 5a” were removed following the end of their support, new devices like the “Pixel 8 Pro,” “Pixel 8a,” “Pixel 9 Pro,” “Pixel 9 Pro Fold,” “Pixel 9a,” “Pixel 10 Pro,” and “Pixel 10 Pro Fold” have been added alongside the announcements of each new generation of Google Pixel devices.
Yet, the “Pixel 10a” remains absent. Is it being given the cold shoulder, or has it simply been forgotten?
