On Monday, June 1, 2026, the British venture company Nothing Technologies Limited (Nothing) began rolling out the software update version “Nothing OS B4.1-260522-1414” for the “Phone (4a) Pro,” the latest and high-end model in their popular “a” series of Android devices, which was launched in Japan on April 22, 2026.
The “Nothing OS B4.1-260522-1414” update for the “Phone (4a) Pro” focuses on camera enhancements, general improvements, and bug fixes. Most notably, this software update adds support for 4K video recording at 60fps for both the main and telephoto cameras.
Previously, the “Phone (4a) Pro” main camera was limited to 4K recording at 30fps. With the new support for 4K at 60fps, users can now capture much smoother videos. Keep in mind that this will consume more storage space, so be mindful of how much you record.
