It remains unclear whether this new “(a)” series refers to a line of Bluetooth earphones or a new Android device like the “Phone (4a).” However, four colored dots—Black, White, Pink, and Blue—can be seen in the upper left corner of the released image, likely representing the color variations. More notably than anything else, a condom is pictured right in the center.
While the connection between the condom in this teaser and the new “(a)” series is unknown, it is likely a hastily prepared teaser intended to capitalize on reports of condom shortages at the Winter Olympics currently being held in Milano Cortina. Personally, I don’t find this teaser particularly funny, even as a joke.
