On Monday, March 2, 2026, Google announced the addition of “Visual Style” to its “Infographic” diagram generation feature. This feature is part of “Studio,” the content generation suite within NotebookLM (Google NotebookLM), the Gemini-powered research and writing assistant that has been expanding since late November 2025.
The new “Visual Style” for “Infographics” is equivalent to the “Visual Style” feature previously released for “Video Overviews.” Users can now select a “Visual Style” from the “Customize” options prior to generating a diagram.
The “Visual Style” for “Infographics” offers 10 different presets along with a prompt-based “Custom” option. However, as the rollout has only just begun, it is being released gradually.
