On Wednesday, May 27, 2026 (local time), Google announced that the iOS version of its calendar service, “Google Calendar,” now supports 12 additional languages.
The new languages supported by the Google Calendar app for iOS are: Bengali, Canadian French, Gujarati, Kannada, Kazakh, Lithuanian, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Slovenian, Tamil, and Telugu. If you change your iOS device’s system language to one of these newly supported languages, the Google Calendar app will also switch to that language automatically.
Please note that the web and Android versions of the Google Calendar app already support these languages.
