Google Wallet Adds “Send Money” Help Link, But It’s Still 404

This update is expected to introduce a host of new features and services, including: new transit IC cards like “ICOCA” (JR West) and “TOICA” (JR Central), as well as “Kitaca” (JR Hokkaido) and “nimoca” (Nishitetsu’s subsidiary, Nimoca Co., Ltd.); a new “E-wallet” section for NFC payments featuring “PayPay Money” (SoftBank), “au PAY” (KDDI), and “d払い” (NTT Docomo); new bank account linking capabilities with “MUFG Bank,” “Mizuho Bank,” “Japan Post Bank,” and “Rakuten Bank” for e-wallet top-ups and peer-to-peer transfers; new integration with cryptocurrency wallets like “Rakuten Wallet”; and three new “Prepaid Card” services: “Visa Prepaid,” “au PAY Prepaid Card,” and “d CARD PREPAID.”

In this latest move, a link to a new help page for the “Send money (peer-to-peer)” service has been added to the “Related resources” section on the official “Google Wallet Help” page, “Accepted payment methods (Japan).”

However, this “Send money” help page currently displays a “This page can’t be found” message, meaning the content is not yet public. Essentially, it shows a 404 error page.
