- It appears that sales of the “Pixel Tablet” on Google’s official online store, the “Google Store,” have finally come to an end.
- Currently, the “Pixel Tablet” is listed as “Out of stock” on the “Google Store.”
- Will a new “Pixel Tablet” be released in the future?
The Wi-Fi tablet “Pixel Tablet,” which was announced at Google I/O 2023 (Google’s developer event held in May 2023, three years ago) and released on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, finally appears to have ended its sales on Google’s official e-commerce site, the Google Store.
Sales of the “Pixel Tablet” on the Google Store now appear to have finally concluded, with the device currently listed as “Out of stock” on the platform.
In Japan, the “Pixel Tablet” on the Google Store had been out of stock for a long time, remaining in a “waitlist for stock notifications” state. Meanwhile, sales in the US Google Store had quietly continued.
However, it has now become “Out of stock” on both the Japanese and US Google Stores, and the option to sign up for stock notifications has also ended. It seems that sales of the “Pixel Tablet” on the Google Store have finally come to a close.
As you know, no successor model to the “Pixel Tablet” has been announced as of September 2026. Will a new “Pixel Tablet” appear in the future?
I still love using my “Pixel Tablet” today, so I am definitely hoping for the release of a successor model.
