- The frequently updated “Search Live” UI has been refreshed once again, accompanied by a blue-gradient ring.
- A blue-gradient waveform icon is now displayed in the center of the screen.
- Additionally, the blue-gradient ring around the Google account is applied based on the “Google One” subscription plan and is internally identified within each Google app as the “onegoogle (Google One)” UI.
As previously reported, around mid-August 2026 on Android devices, a “Gemini”-style blue-gradient ring began rolling out around the Google account profile picture displayed in the top-right corner of apps like “Google,” “Google Photos,” and “Google Maps.”
Along with this blue-gradient ring, the UI for “Search Live,” the intuitive conversational feature of the AI search “AI Mode,” has been refreshed yet again. The UI of “Search Live,” which changes frequently, has undergone yet another redesign.
In the newly redesigned “Search Live” UI, a blue-gradient waveform icon is now displayed in the center of the screen. Compared to previous UIs such as the Aurora UI, it has become significantly simpler.

Furthermore, the blue-gradient ring for Google accounts is applied depending on the “Google One” subscription plan, and is identified internally within each Google app as the “onegoogle (Google One)” UI.
