A new “Related Videos” button has suddenly appeared on the video playback screen of the online photo library service, Google Photos.
The “Related Videos” button, newly added to the Google Photos video player, displays videos that are related to the one you are currently watching. When you tap the “Related Videos” button, it opens an “Explore” view, which presents related videos in a vertical feed that you can navigate by swiping up or down.
While labeled as “Related Videos,” the recommendations are based on composition; for example, if you are watching a video of a road, it may suggest other videos with similar framing, such as walking or driving footage.

The “Related Videos” button on the Google Photos video playback screen mentioned here has been confirmed in version 7.74 of the Android app.
