On Sunday, November 8, 2026, Google released the release notes for the latest version v5.12 of the “Google Health” app, which has begun rolling out for Android and iOS.
The highlight of the “Google Health” app v5.12 is the addition of “Pregnancy Tracking” to menstrual cycle health. You can now log your pregnancy directly from your “Cycle Health” settings or through a conversation with the “Google Health Coach” if you have a “Google Health Premium” membership.
Once you log a pregnancy, standard cycle predictions and period notifications will automatically pause, and the cycle tracking screen will switch to display your current gestational age. Furthermore, with a “Google Health Premium” membership, conversations with the “Google Health Coach” and feed card insights will be personalized to your pregnancy.
Additionally, support has been added for “Blood Pressure Tracking” via manual input or synchronization from other apps through “Health Connect” or “Apple Health.” Other updates include improved blood glucose visualization that overlays exercise, sleep, and nutrition intake events on the graph, automatic grouping of food items logged within the same 60-minute window, and fitness plan progress summaries provided by the “Google Health Coach.” A bug that caused “Resilience scores” to be incorrectly calculated as overly low has also been fixed.
The “Google Health” app v5.12 for Android and iOS will roll out gradually over the course of a week starting today.
