It eliminates the need for users to call stores themselves, allowing reservation and service inquiries to be completed automatically.
As of mid-November 2025, “Google Duplex” expanded to support checking information such as product stock, retail prices, and ongoing sales. When searching for items at local stores via Google Search, users see a “Let Google call” option. By tapping “Get started” and selecting the necessary questions, Gemini will now call the store to verify product availability.
