On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Google began rolling out “Gemini 3 Deep Think” to members of “Google AI Ultra,” the top-tier “Google AI” subscription plan on “Google One.” This top-tier AI model is designed with significantly improved reasoning capabilities to solve complex math, science, and logic problems that are difficult even for the standard “Gemini 3 (Gemini 3 Pro)” model.

“Gemini 3 Deep Think” is the enhanced-reasoning AI model for “Google AI Ultra” members. Its release was previewed within the “Gemini 3” family of new-generation Google AI models, which were announced on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, as models that take state-of-the-art reasoning and multimodal capabilities to the next level. It is built on a derivative of the previous-generation “Gemini 2.5 Deep Think” model.
