- In late May 2026, the UI revamp for the Android version of the “Google Wallet” app began a wider rollout.
- The update now includes devices that initially lacked the new UI, such as the “Pixel 10 Pro XL” and the foldable “Pixel 10 Pro Fold.”
- Beyond the UI redesign, a new search function has also been implemented.
Last month, in mid-April 2026, Google officially announced a UI revamp for the Android version of its digital wallet management service, “Google Wallet.”
While the UI update for the Android “Google Wallet” app has been rolling out gradually, it appears to have reached a wider distribution in late May 2026. We have confirmed that the update has now arrived on devices that did not initially feature the new UI, such as the “Pixel 10 Pro XL” and the foldable Google Pixel device, the “Pixel 10 Pro Fold,” as of late May 2026.

The UI refresh for the Android “Google Wallet” app significantly updates the “Passes” section, transitioning from a single vertical list to a tile-based layout. At the bottom of the screen, users can find their “Google Wallet” history by tapping “See all.” Additionally, a search bar has been added to the top of the screen, allowing users to search through “Recent transactions,” “Payment methods,” and “Loyalty cards.” A new feature to add “Passes” to favorites (using a star icon) has also been implemented.
In short, the Android “Google Wallet” app has not only received a UI overhaul but has also gained new search functionality. This update is being rolled out via “Google Play services” version 26.14 or higher for Android.
