By updating the “Google Assistant” on “Android Auto” to “Gemini,” you can now use more natural conversational commands to operate various features, such as finding optimal navigation routes, locating gas stations along your destination route, and summarizing or replying to received messages (SMS/email). Note that for “Android Auto” to use “Gemini,” the Android device must be running Android 11 or later and have at least 2GB of RAM.
