- The next-generation affordable Google Pixel device, the “Pixel 11a,” already has its CAD-based renders unveiled.
- As usual, the overseas media outlet Android Headlines was the one to publish the images of the alleged “Pixel 11a.”
- According to reports, the “Pixel 11a” will be equipped with the “Tensor G6” processor used in the “Pixel 11” series.
The “Pixel 11a,” the next generation of Google’s affordable Pixel lineup, is presumably expected to launch next year, following its usual annual schedule.
Although the arrival of the “Pixel 11a” is anticipated to be about half a year away, CAD-based renders have already been released. They reveal that, much like the “Pixel 10a,” the “Pixel 11a” will feature a flat back design with no protruding camera bump.
In other words, it appears that the “Pixel 11a” will not undergo any major design changes compared to the “Pixel 10a.” That being said, of course, it is still not entirely confirmed whether this device is truly the “Pixel 11a.”
As is often the case, the overseas media outlet Android Headlines is the one that published the images of this purported “Pixel 11a.” Furthermore, according to Android Headlines, the “Pixel 11a” will be powered by the “Tensor G6” processor, which is featured in the “Pixel 11” series. While users were disappointed when the “Pixel 10a” stuck with the same “Tensor G4” processor found in the “Pixel 9a,” the “Pixel 11a” is reportedly set to skip the “Tensor G5” and jump straight to the “Tensor G6” processor.
Additionally, the “Pixel 11a” is said to be available in four color variations: “Black,” “Silver,” “Green,” and “Purple.” By the way, the color showcased in the newly leaked “Pixel 11a” renders is “Purple.” It has also been reported that the codename for the “Pixel 11a” is “Formosan.”
It feels like no sooner has the “Pixel 11” series been released than information about the “Pixel 11a” is already surfacing. Time certainly flies.
