On Friday, August 14, 2026, local time, Google released the release notes for the latest version v5.06 of the “Google Health” app for Android and iOS.
In the Android / iOS version of the “Google Health” app v5.06, a new setting allowing users to choose the amount of information displayed by the “Google Health Coach” on the “Today” tab and bug fixes for map displays in fitness features are applied. Furthermore, based on user feedback, the “Google Health” app v5.06 builds upon the improvements made in v5.01, v5.02, v5.03, v5.04, and v5.05.
The Android / iOS version of the “Google Health” app v5.06 will be rolled out gradually over the course of a week starting today.
