On Friday, July 3, 2026, the UK-based venture company “Nothing Technology (Nothing)” officially unveiled the first images of the “Phone (4b) RCB Edition,” an India-exclusive model of the new device scheduled for official announcement on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The “Phone (4b) RCB Edition” is a collaboration model with the Indian professional cricket team, “Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).” As the team colors for “Royal Challengers Bangalore” are “red” and “gold,” the “Phone (4b) RCB Edition” features a design based on red.
Although it cannot be confirmed in the images released so far, it is highly likely that “gold” accents will also be incorporated somewhere in the design.
The “Phone (4b) RCB Edition” is expected to be sold in extremely limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis at the physical “Nothing Store Bangalore” in India, starting at 16:00 local time on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Additionally, one unit will be given away as part of a campaign for the “Nothing Community.”
While I am not particularly intrigued by the “Phone (4b) RCB Edition,” I recall that a “Red” version of the “Nothing (3a) Lite” was previously sold exclusively via Rakuten Mobile. I am certainly hoping for a similar “Red” limited edition of the “Phone (4b)” to be released through Rakuten Mobile as well.
