This new feature allows users to define specific response styles in advance, such as “always respond using bullet points” or “always include three bullet points at the start of any summary.” Once an instruction is set, Gemini will apply that style to all subsequent responses.

Users can save up to 1,000 custom instructions for this feature in Gemini in Google Docs.
