On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the British venture company Nothing Technologies (Nothing) re-released “Nothing Warp,” an app designed for file sharing between Android devices and PCs, which had been suspended just hours after its initial release about a week prior on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

“Nothing Warp” is a file-sharing system consisting of an Android app and a Chrome extension, allowing users to share files, links, text, and images. The Android version of “Nothing Warp” is compatible with non-Nothing Android devices as well.

The Chrome extension version of “Nothing Warp” can be installed on browsers that support Chrome extensions, such as Chrome on Windows, Mac, or Linux. Its mechanism relies on sharing files via Google Drive, and therefore, a Google account is required for use.

It should be noted that the re-release is not identical to the previous version; the Android app is now being distributed as an APK file. While it was initially released via the Google Play Store, at this moment, it is being provided as a side-loaded app.

The Android version of “Nothing Warp” is expected to be re-released on the Google Play Store in the future. Meanwhile, the Chrome extension version remains available as a standard Chrome extension.
