The custom cover art feature for NotebookLM allows users to set their favorite images as the cover art for their notebooks. By uploading an image, the notebook’s cover art will be updated to reflect that choice.
The custom notebook summary setting allows users to manually set the notebook overview, overriding the automatically generated AI summary that is typically refreshed every time the notebook is opened. Manually set summaries will be prioritized for display.
The newly announced NotebookLM features—custom cover art and custom summary settings—are already being rolled out to users.
