It appears that starting in March 2026, new “Google Play Points” rewards have launched in international markets, featuring benefits such as a $400 discount on the “Pixel 10 Pro” and “Pixel 10 Pro XL.”
Google Play Points rewards for Google Pixel devices were previously offered in Japan following the initial launch in August 2025, where Gold, Platinum, and Diamond status members were eligible for a 20,000 yen discount on the “Pixel 10 Pro” and “Pixel 10 Pro XL.” The rewards now appearing internationally are similar in nature, but offer a significant $400 discount.
Furthermore, it seems that other offers are also being rolled out, including an $80 discount on the “Google Pixel Watch 4” and a $100 discount on the newly released “Pixel 10a.” It is quite a substantial lineup of deals.
About half a year has passed since the release of the “Pixel 10” series, so it would be great to see Google Play Points rewards for the series return in Japan as well. However, since the Japanese Google Store is currently running a general “New Life Campaign” sale until Tuesday, March 31, 2026, it may be the case that we won’t see the exact same rollouts as we are seeing internationally at this time.
