On Friday, January 2, 2026, British smartphone accessory manufacturer Clicks Technology (Clicks) announced its new physical keyboard, the “Power Keyboard,” and simultaneously opened pre-orders on its official website.
While Clicks has previously introduced keyboard cases for the iPhone, “Pixel 9,” and “motorola razr 50 / 60” series, the new “Power Keyboard” is a MagSafe / Qi2-compatible magnetic detachable wireless keyboard with Bluetooth (v5.4) connectivity. It features a vertical sliding mechanism to adjust its size to fit different devices. Additionally, it finally supports the long-awaited horizontal (landscape) mode.

The “Power Keyboard” can be used by attaching it to MagSafe / Qi2-compatible Android and iOS devices, but it also functions as a wireless keyboard for any Bluetooth-enabled device, including PCs, tablets, and smart TVs. Furthermore, it supports pairing with up to three devices.
In other words, the “Power Keyboard” can be freely attached and detached, allowing you to switch between devices while keeping your usual MagSafe / Qi2-compatible case on. The unit is also equipped with a 2,150mAh battery compatible with the Qi2 standard, enabling wireless charging of the attached device. Of the total 2,150mAh capacity, 500mAh is dedicated to powering the keyboard itself.

The official retail price of the “Power Keyboard” is $109, but pre-orders are currently being accepted at a limited-time price of $79 (approx. 12,600 JPY including shipping and tax), with shipping to Japan supported. Shipping is currently expected to begin around Spring 2026, likely within the next few months to half a year.
