- A visual update to the “Google” settings on Android appears to have started rolling out.
- The “Recommendations” tab previously found in the “Google” settings has been removed, with “Google Services” now only showing the list of settings under the “All services” tab.
- However, the rollout is still limited to some Android devices for now.
In its “Google System Release Notes” for the November 2025 “Google System Update,” which was published on Thursday, November 13, 2025, and includes new features to enhance the security and reliability of Android-related devices, Google announced a visual update to the “Google” settings (Google Services & preferences) as a new account management feature on Android.
It now appears that this visual update to the “Google” settings on Android has begun its gradual rollout. Specifically, the “Recommendations” tab that was located in the “Google” settings has been removed, leaving only the list of settings under the “All services” tab as “Google Services.”

However, this visual update to the “Google” settings is still only available on some Android devices. It is expected to expand to more devices over time.
