This Android 16 QPR2 Beta 3.3 release includes a fix for an issue where devices would freeze and the lock screen would become unresponsive. After updating to Android 16 QPR2 Beta 3.3, the build number for the “Pixel 6,” “Pixel 6 Pro,” and “Pixel 6a” will be updated to “BP41.250916.015,” while all other devices will be updated to “BP41.250916.015.A1.” The Android security patch level and the “Google Play services” app version remain unchanged from Android 16 QPR2 Beta 3.

You can get started with Android 16 QPR2 Beta 3.3 today by enrolling your Pixel device. Eligible devices include Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, Fold, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, 9 Pro Fold, 9a, 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, 10 Pro Fold and Pixel Tablet series devices. Once enrolled, eligible devices will receive an over-the-air (OTA) update to the latest Beta versions. If you were previously enrolled in Android 16 QPR2 Beta (and have not opted-out), you will automatically receive QPR2 Beta 3 and any future Beta updates.
