On Friday, November 7, 2025, LINE Yahoo began the gradual rollout of the “Unsend without notification” feature in its communication app “LINE” as a new benefit for members of its paid all-inclusive subscription service, “LYP Premium.”
The “Unsend without notification” feature in “LINE,” which has started rolling out for “LYP Premium” members, is a function that prevents the “A message was unsent” notification from appearing, which was previously shown when a message was unsent. In other words, if the recipient has not yet read the message, unsending it will no longer display the “A message was unsent” notification, so the other person will not be aware that a message was unsent.
At the same time, as another new benefit for “LYP Premium” members, the time limit for unsending “LINE” messages will be extended to a maximum of 7 days. While the time limit for unsending “LINE” messages was drastically shortened from 24 hours to 1 hour in late October 2025, it will be significantly extended to a maximum of 7 days for “LYP Premium” members.
